A months retreat to the Outer Hebrides, in an eco-house overlooking The Sound of Harris, followed by a tour, as Joan’s assistant, of the winners of Delicious Magazine’s Innovations in Food Produce Awards started the year well. I now intend to complete my next book on IBS before the next adventure.
